Miami really loves the Omakase speakeasies.

This one makes it a bit of a presentation - they talk to you, and explain the process more than other places I've been.

It's dinner and a show.

Bar Nossa is hidden inside the very unassuming Hyatt Centric in south beach.

The hotel itself is about a block from the beach, so a before-or-after sushi beach walk is in order, if you hit this spot.

The big bonus this place offers though, is that it's rather new. It's not popular yet, so you don't have to worry about reservations or waiting in line, like some other speakeasies or similar hidden omakases.

I expect it to become more popular soon though.
