Tiki room with a sense of humor
This spot is hilarious - but also genuinely an excellent bar.
It's a tiki themed bar, so you're going to get your classic tropical coconut and rum cocktails, and the aesthetic is well done.
And it's actually well hidden - there's a very boring, unassuming door on 1st street with a little doorbell on the left that says "Ring for a Mai Tai".
Hit that doorbell, and you're in.
The staff also have a great sensor of humor - every once in a while, while you're hanging out in Kaona, a thunderstorm sound will play over the speaker system.
When that happens, someone walks around with a spray bottle and mists everyone like it's raining.
Very silly, but very nice touch.
I highly recommend it - Kaona is a great time.
