On board the Queen Mary ship, on the floor D Deck, you'll find the Observation Room.

The aesthetic is something that could only come out of the 1930s.

It's a mix of a diner and an elegant dinner spot, with panoramic views of Long Beach out the windows.

To get there, you do have to pay the museum entry fee to get on the Queen Mary, but if you're looking for something genuinely unique, it's a great pick.

It's not a speakeasy, no - but it is lovely, unique, and harder to get to than most bars, so I wanted to mention it.
