Ruth is just non-descript enough to make the list, but I wouldn't call it a 100% true speakeasy.

There's a small red neon sign out front that is definitely easy to miss, but still easy to find if you know what you're looking for.

Regardless, it's an absolutely excellent spot, and you should hit it up if you're in the area.
