Sushi by Bou actually has a number of speakeasies. There's another one in Chicago that I'm aware of.

And they're always well done. If you're into the Omakase vibe, this is definitely a great place.

As with most Omakase, it's rather expensive, but it's well hidden inside an American restaurant, and it's not dark or underground or edgy, like your typical speakeasy nowadays.

It's well lit, well decorated, and very friendly. I can generally highly recommend all of Bou’s experiences.
