Look for the Chanson bakery. Thyme is hidden underneath it.

There's a long door rug outside sometimes that gives it away, but only slightly.

Find a stairway down, towards the back, and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

The ceiling is curved and brick laid. The floor is patterned tile. The drinks are strong and the food is really, really nice.

I think it's the perfect kind of place to sip wine, personally. It just feels like a cellar.

But you can drink whatever you want - it's still going to be fun.
